I have honed my skills and knowledge in the industry, mastering the art of brewing and cupping coffee. In 2021, I founded Café Fabrique with the goal of making specialty coffee accessible to all.

I believe that everyone should have access to high-quality coffee products, regardless of their budget. With Café Fabrique, I aim to democratize the specialty coffee industry and offer a range of quality products at an affordable price.
