Flair 58+ Overview

The Flair 58+, Flair Espresso's latest model, elevates the features of the base model Flair 58. Its distinction shines through walnut accents on the portafilter, t-grip, and palm tamper. Accompanied by a magnetically attached articulating shot mirror and exclusive branding, it offers an unmatched espresso experience.

With walnut accents on the portafilter, t-grip handle, and palm tamper, plus an articulating shot mirror and dark motif screws, the Flair 58+ is a home barista's dream. It includes high and low-flow portafilter baskets for ultimate control.

Features of the 58 Plus

Angled Shot Mirror

Articulating shot mirror magnetically attaches to the post, letting you monitor your shot quality from the bottomless portafilter. Enjoy elegant extractions with Flair's adjustable shot mirror, featuring magnetic adhesion for easy adjustments in any direction. Attach it to your Flair post or base with the included adhesive magnetic disc.

Temperature Preheat Controller

Including the new quick disconnect preheat system, Flair 58+ features a three-tier preheat system for all coffee roasts, from dark to light. Its detachable preheat controller allows off-grid use, enabling espresso brewing anywhere. The integrated temperature preheat controller with 3 settings (High, Medium, Low) ensures consistent brewing temperatures.

Professional Grade 58mm Portafilter

The portafilter, boasting a walnut handle, is fully compatible with any standard 58mm portafilter basket, tamper, distribution tools, and a wide range of additional 58mm accessories. This compatibility allows for a seamless coffee-making experience. 

Detachable Preheat Cable

The new Flair 58+ features a detachable preheat cable, meaning that you can brew using the preheat function, or unplug to take the Flair off grid. The detachable preheat system with a 45° elbow connector reduces wiring and supports off-grid use with an optional battery pack. The preheat controller's three settings accommodate various brewing preferences, maintaining thermal consistency and the brew chamber's preheated condition for multiple extractions.

Angled Elbow Connector

As part of the upgraded brew cylinder connector, Flair has added an angled attachment for the preheat controller, meaning that customers will more easily be able to route the wiring of their Flair 58 down the back post to maintain a high level of aesthetic beauty. In addition, the preheat system features new software that alerts when the connection to the electrical has been severed.

Different Baskets

The Flair 58+ comes with two baskets you can choose between:

• The base model with our chamfered, low-flow 18 gram basket

The additional basket model includes an additional straight-walled high-flow 18 gram basket

Enhanced valve plunger

The advanced mechanical workflow, with a lever-retracted piston and single-slot valve plunger, allows for quick extractions and improved valve function. This design minimizes the risk of stem misalignment.

The fully manual operation provides complete control over brewing variables, enhanced by an integrated pressure gauge for live profiling. The system includes a 90ml reservoir and a 16-20g portafilter basket, with options for 7-28g using other 58-58.5mm baskets, expanding your brewing ratios and capacity.
