Politique de remboursement
Any item you're not completely satisfied with can be returned up to 30 days after you receive it. The cost of the item, minus initial shipping costs will be refunded. If you would like to return something that doesn't meet the 30-day requirement, send us an email and we'll do our best to help you out. There may be a restocking fee applied for items returned beyond 30 days. Please note that all Gift Cards, food items (such as coffee), and custom orders are FINAL SALES.
For any returns, please contact us first at email@example.com prior to shipping anything back to us. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something back to us without reaching out to us first.
We appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible. We also ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items that were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet, or missing any parts or if the return is past the 30-day return window.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund total.
Any order marked as "refused" or "return to sender" will have any return shipping costs deducted from the eligible refund.
All of our products are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, along with our Cafe Fabrique 1-year limited warranty.
If a product you’ve purchased from us or one of our authorized resellers stops working due to a manufacturer defect, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will work with you to determine your warranty coverage.
Warranty claims do not include:
- Any defect arising from the misuse of the product. This includes but is not limited to negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions
- Normal wear and tear (ie. scratches, dents, and wearing out of replaceable parts)
- Natural variations in the color of wooden items (ie. handles, lids, collars, or bases)
- Any glass or ceramic items or parts–outside of damage during transit or manufacturing error.
- Any items purchased from Amazon, eBay, or other third-party e-commerce websites.
If you change your mind or realize that you've ordered the wrong product after it's shipped, we'll happily accept a return (see the first section, above). From this point, you're free to place a new order for the desired product either immediately, or once you receive your refund - it's up to you!
Discount codes are only valid on orders under the same account and are non-transferrable. Pre-order items are excluded from any and all discounts, except where specifically listed as a one-time offer. Discount codes are not valid for on-sale items and do not stack with additional discount codes.
Any and all promotions or discount codes are only applicable to in-stock items. We reserve the right to exclude items from the coupon codes.
We have a two-step process to ensure the accuracy of all orders that ship from our warehouse and use recycled packaging and compostable packing peanuts so that your order arrives safely. If you are unfortunate enough to discover a mistake or a damaged item in your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to email@example.com so that we can rectify this for you asap.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible to receive a free gift product, the customer must make a purchase of a minimum value of $25 (excluding taxes and shipping) on our site. The offer is valid with a limit of 1 gift per order.
If a customer is able to obtain a free gift product with a cart value of less than $25 (excluding taxes and shipping), Café Fabrique reserves the right not to send the gift. The customer will be informed of this decision by e-mail or other appropriate means of communication.
Free gift products are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of a return or exchange of a purchased item that resulted in a free gift, the gift must also be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and with all tags attached. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Free gift products are offered while stocks last. In the event that a gift is out of stock, the company reserves the right to replace the gift with another item of equivalent or greater value, without notice.
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this free gift policy at any time without notice. Changes to the policy will be communicated to customers through the website and/or other appropriate communication channels.
